About this Role

We are seeking an IT Security Analyst with Japanese language skills to join our team. This role involves monitoring and reporting on security-related incidents, investigating phishing attempts, and managing APT systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to security-related alerts, incidents, and breaches.
  • Investigate phishing and spam emails reported by users, taking prompt action to mitigate potential threats.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive security reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to resolve security incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and data loss.
  • Engage with clients professionally, prioritizing their satisfaction and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates with a Cyber Security major are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of IT Security principles and concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese to effectively engage with Japanese-speaking clients.
