Role Overview

The Proposal Layout Designer plays a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our proposals and reports. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing graphics, layouts, and overall visual quality.

About the Position

This position requires a highly skilled designer with expertise in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and effective visual communications that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Develop and implement consistent design styles across all proposals and reports.
  • Work collaboratively with proposal writers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of visual elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or publishing setting.
