We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst - Planning Expert to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for delivering financial performance reporting, planning, and analysis in support of the WSP business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Reporting in preparing management reports, financial models, budgets, forecasts, and supporting Group/Head Office Reporting.
- Prepare business review presentations for senior management, providing insightful commentary on business performance and trends.
- Develop and maintain performance reports and models, focusing on process improvement to drive efficiency and change within the business.
- Analyze financial statements, examining profit margins, financial performance, and cash flows, while assisting with scenario planning for various business outcomes.
- Partner with departments to shape financial strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Familiarity with international environments and diverse teams.
- Experience working with Hyperion, Oracle, Planning Analytics, or similar financial reporting tools.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
