We are looking for a talented Customer Service Director to lead our customer service operations at UNICONS BUSINESS SERVICES INC.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations, including customer service management, call center operations, and billing management.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase revenue growth.

• Manage a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance on customer service best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge.

• Analyze call center metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address these issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a leadership role in a BPO/customer service environment.

• Strong background in customer service, billing, and service management.

• In-depth knowledge of call center operations, including IVR/ACD systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
