We are looking for a highly skilled Supervisor of Financial Operations to join our team at Purchase and Grow Inc.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company. As a Supervisor of Financial Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, as well as maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring prompt payment to suppliers and collection of debts from customers.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial management and control.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting or Financial Management.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of AR and payables, as well as all facets of accounting.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- A willingness to relocate to San Fernando City, La Union.
