The role of a software engineer at our organization is to design, develop and test assigned components or modules. This position requires collaboration with business analysts and subject matter experts to analyze requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and design methods to achieve optimal configuration of concurrent product baselines for company specific underwriting applications.
  • Understand data modeling concepts including conceptual, logical and physical database design.
  • Support other development and QA staff with specific subject matter expertise.
  • Collect and report configuration management metrics and brief senior leadership on the status of CM within the program.

This role also involves willingness to learn and work on SapiensPro configuration tools.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field plus 5+ years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in logical concepts, data modeling, web services, object oriented programming, HTML/XML/XSLT/XSD, Oracle/SQL, automation, reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
