Job Title: Tax Professional Leader

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax Professional Leader to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing federal and state tax returns in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing comprehensive tax strategies to ensure clients remain tax-compliant.
  • Identifying potential tax problems and creating effective solutions.
  • Preparing responses and schedules for income tax audits.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and informing management and staff accordingly.
  • Servicing as a supervisor for members of the tax team to guarantee accurate tax return completion.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Our competitive salary package includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
