Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment, encompassing job postings, interviews, and offer extensions; facilitate onboarding processes, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide HR support; assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave management; ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Training & Development: Process payments in ARIBA and SAP Concur for LDC programs and initiatives; coordinate with facilities/housekeeping regarding room set-up and other logistical requirements.
  • Compliance & HR Administration: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and company regulations; maintain employee records and assist in audits or reporting needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or related role, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in HR principles and practices.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications, with ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
