Job Summary

The Marketing Operations team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Asset Specialist to join our ranks. This role offers hands-on experience with various marketing platforms, product launch support, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the digital asset management system for the creative services team by ensuring assets are current and providing technical support to system users.
  • Curate, catalog, and organize digital assets, making them easily searchable and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement metadata standards to enhance discoverability and usability of digital assets.
  • Enforce standards that align with global digital asset management administrator guidelines, enabling best practices to cascade to the creative services team.
  • Support implementing systems and tools used by the corporate marketing team, including change management, communication, and roll-out of training programs.
  • Create and edit pages on the website and maintain sales enablement tools to support new product introductions.
