About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Shopee team as a Warehouse Operations Lead. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and lead a team of professionals to achieve outstanding results.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for improving internal processes between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, resulting in improved Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • They will also be expected to continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field is required, along with experience in e-commerce fulfilment and leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
