Job Description

As a Financial Operations Specialist - Payment Recovery, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless financial operations within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to manage accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments to vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Statement of Accounts: You will be responsible for preparing detailed statements of accounts, highlighting outstanding balances and payment due dates.
  • Collection Dispatch: You will coordinate with clients and vendors to collect overdue payments, using various communication channels as necessary.
  • Negotiation of Collection: You will negotiate payment plans with clients who are experiencing difficulties making payments, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Assist Sales team: You will provide support to the sales team by assisting with deposit confirmations and communicating with clients regarding payment references or issues.
  • Client Visit: You will conduct regular visits to clients to discuss payment arrangements and ensure satisfaction with our services.
  • Final Validation for Outstanding AR: You will perform final validation on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness before submitting for approval.
  • Presentation of Client Payment status: You will present client payment status to the sales team on a monthly basis, highlighting areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of 4-year Accounting or Finance: You must have a degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.
  • At least Four (4) years related work experience in the same field: You must have a minimum of four years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. This figure is based on market rates and takes into account the level of expertise required for this role.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000, depending on your background and performance.
