Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and recover files as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical and application issues.

  • Create written documentation.
  • Use Excel to validate data accuracy and comparison.

Requirements:

  • Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT or any Computer related course.
  • At least 6 months experience in Technical Application Support.
  • Basic foundational knowledge of MSSQL statements and database object structure.
