As the current size of investable funds is small, the Investment function would include oversight of all aspects of front, middle and back office in addition to the Treasury role. The Head of Investment Management and Operations will execute sound investment strategies for all funds commensurate with the objectives and underlying nature of the liabilities of each fund.
This role requires engaging all external service providers to ensure FWD receives the expected level of services. You will provide regular inputs for business plan, product and actuarial deliverables. Additionally, you will facilitate investment support to distribution channels and select group of customers through investment specific content via periodic reports, interactive sessions and other ad-hoc reports and analysis.
Maintaining the governing documents, policies, procedures, guidelines applicable for the running of the investment function is another key responsibility. You will perform periodic reviews to keep the governing framework aligned to regulations, local Board's directives and Group's requirements.
