About the Role

We are seeking an experienced construction leader to oversee and coordinate activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction methodologies and safety regulations.

  • Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and at least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).

  • Proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations.
