About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee the implementation of warehouse projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with trade marketing, sales, and satellite warehouses. This position requires strong technical support skills to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise the implementation of WMS/Barcoding System, providing necessary support from DCTG, including warehouse configuration, manpower, equipment requirements, and supplies.
  2. Train warehouse personnel on WMS pre-implementation, post-implementation, and record purposes.
  3. Coordinate DC roll-out for WMS in other warehouses, ensuring contracts, PRs, costs, and budget monitoring are properly managed.
  4. Monitor reports and savings generated from WMS roll-out implementation.
  5. Maintain systems and align reports needed by management.

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Standardize DC processes, controls, report formats, and sources of reports with DCTG Specialists.
  2. Integrate processes of all DCs, satellite, and other businesses into Corporate-managed DCs.
  3. Track and report timelines, agreements, and milestones of integrations according to management expectations.
  4. Train and cascade processes during and after integration of satellite and other businesses to Corp.-managed DCs.
  5. Document and cascade processes to all Corp.-managed DCs with DCTG Specialists.

Requirements

  1. Graduate of any business-related course.
  2. At least 3 years related work experience in a Supervisory role on DC Projects and/or warehouse and inventory management of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company.
  3. Working knowledge of SCM processes specifically on warehouse and inventory management, preferably from an FMCG company.
  4. Experience in handling DC projects or related industry projects.
  5. Strong customer service experience for internal stakeholders.
  6. Knowledgeable in SAP, advanced MS Excel operations, and other MS software.
  7. Able to work in a hybrid work set-up at Novaliches, Quezon City.
