Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have 2-3 years of experience as an IT Service Delivery Supervisor, Officer, or Team Lead.

A solid understanding of IT knowledge, good composure under pressure, and effective communication skills are essential.

You should also be able to manage a budget and prioritize effectively.
