
Service Advocate

This position requires interaction with customers to address inquiries and resolve complaints regarding client products and services.
You will collaborate with internal and external teams to handle customer needs, providing excellent service in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers to provide accurate, valid, and complete information with empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Perform problem tracking and ensure issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Evaluate opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend changes.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and prompt issue resolution.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in email and chat support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and applications.
- Possess strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications knowledge.
