- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing partner relationships and aggregators.
- Grow the business in assigned territories by strategically managing account growth, Maya GTV, and uses cases of the MSME segment.
- Operationalize cascaded plans by creating area-specific strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers through regular meetings and after-sales servicing.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in sales account and relationship management.
- Familiarity with e-wallets and payments ecosystems.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in sales and client management or business development.
- Knowledge of financial technologies and intersecting industries is a plus.
- Residing in North Central Luzon region and willingness to handle Pangasinan, La Union, Abra, and Ilocos Sur & Norte areas.
