We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead market development strategies, market research, brand and performance management for the Healthcare division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life-cycle management, product launches, and customer service practices.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility, and experience
- Maintaining engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals
- Managing A&P investments as per agreed plans
- Ensuring compliance with Corporate & Government regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 4 years' experience in marketing for OTC or ethical pharma or medical device industry
- Strong communication skills, self-learner, detail-oriented, proactive, and systematic thinking
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities and result-oriented
- Project management & stakeholder management
- Proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life-cycle management, product launches, and customer service practices
- Able to develop and maintain engagement with medical professionals, associations, private institutions, and Government agencies
- Able to identify, organize, and work closely with third-party agencies
