Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing and branding tools and campaigns to improve awareness, product visibility, and experience
  • Maintaining engagement with external strategic partners and medical experts and professionals
  • Managing A&P investments as per agreed plans
  • Ensuring compliance with Corporate & Government regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 4 years' experience in marketing for OTC or ethical pharma or medical device industry
  • Strong communication skills, self-learner, detail-oriented, proactive, and systematic thinking
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities and result-oriented
  • Project management & stakeholder management
  • Proven track record in strategic brand planning, product life-cycle management, product launches, and customer service practices
  • Able to develop and maintain engagement with medical professionals, associations, private institutions, and Government agencies
  • Able to identify, organize, and work closely with third-party agencies
