About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at San Miguel Corporation - Integrated Farm Specialists, Inc.

This position involves ensuring that products processed meet customer's product standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control principles and be able to implement them effectively throughout the operation.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing customer product standards and specifications in the operation.
  • Monitoring and controlling room temperature, product internal temperature, chlorine concentration, and foreign objects.
  • Maintaining good manufacturing practices, sanitation standard operating procedures, and quality and food safety systems.
  • Ensuring orderliness, cleanliness, and sanitation of production facilities and auxiliary facilities.

We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality results and has excellent communication skills.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any 4 or 5-year course (Engineering or equivalent).
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in the food industry.
