We're seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to help us deliver an exceptional experience for our employees. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
This includes developing and executing recruitment strategies, creating employment files, and providing technical support to our HRIS users. You'll also work closely with our HR team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the employee experience.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You'll also need to be proficient in ADP Workforce Now and have experience working with ATS/Onboarding systems.
