We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEO Content Editor to refine and enhance blog content, ensuring it meets our high standards for quality, accuracy, and client alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword integration, linking strategies, and on-page optimization.

As an SEO Content Editor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Editing AI-generated blog posts for clarity, coherence, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Integrating relevant reference links and anchor text to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Ensuring all client-specific discussions, branding, and messaging are appropriately represented.

You'll also be responsible for selecting and inserting appropriate images, writing effective alt text, and conducting thorough proofreading to eliminate any grammatical errors, typos, and punctuation mistakes.

A successful SEO Content Editor will maintain a high standard of content quality, adhere to project guidelines, and consistently meet deadlines while working efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven editorial background with extensive experience in editing and proofreading various types of content, preferably blogs or articles.
  • AP style proficiency and a strong understanding of Associated Press (AP) style guidelines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous eye for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy.

Additional requirements include strong language skills, a passion for language, and natural wordsmithing ability. Proficiency with Grammarly is also essential.
