Essential Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of demand planning principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other statistical data tools, with ability to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong adaptability and flexibility.
  • Willingsness to conduct field work and be assigned to various locations, including Ortigas, Pasig.
