Sales Engineer/ Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer/ Business Development Specialist to join our team at Quadsys Incorporated.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our products and services.
  3. Foster strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  4. Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and develop effective sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
