OneSeven Tech is seeking a seasoned full-stack professional to drive feature delivery and ensure compliance in the Meta ad ecosystem.

Our team utilizes cutting-edge AI tools to optimize efficiency and code quality, with a focus on building and deploying scalable applications.

As a key member of our distributed team, you will contribute to delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale, leveraging Python (Flask) and React to develop high-quality, production-ready code.

The Role

You will play a critical role in sprint support and feature delivery, integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shipping reliable, production-grade code in Python (Flask) and React
  • Supporting sprint milestones by building, optimizing, and maintaining platform features
  • Integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI
  • Working independently while syncing with team leads and the broader product team
  • Owning your output and maintaining momentum across multiple sprint cycles

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in async teams, can hit the ground running, and prioritizes velocity without compromising code quality.

About You

You have experience shipping features in fast-paced, distributed environments, valuing clarity, autonomy, and clear ownership. You are a calm, focused contributor who enjoys working across the stack and knows how to unblock yourself or others without waiting for standups.

You might be based anywhere in the world but are available for collaboration windows with PH or EMEA teams and can commit to 30–40 hours/week.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience
  • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
  • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
  • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
  • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
  • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
Bonus Skills
  • Experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools
  • Familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages
  • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
  • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments

Project Details
  • Engagement Type: Contract / Staff Augmentation (individual contributor)
