Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer emergency and palliative care as needed, adhering to legal scope of nursing responsibility, including first aid treatment and medication administration.
  • Evaluate and determine employee health status, recommending appropriate actions such as sending employees home or returning them to work.
  • Transport ill employees to the hospital when necessary and conduct regular inventory of medicines and medical supplies to ensure timely availability.
  • Perform home visits or follow-ups with employees experiencing chronic illnesses or prolonged sick leave, as requested by immediate superiors.
  • Implement Annual Physical Examination (APE) periodic/special examinations, assess results, and refer to a Company Physician for management and monitoring recommendations.
  • Conduct workplace risk assessments through periodic tours, identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Organize monthly health awareness initiatives among employees through counseling, training, and educational programs.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
  • Must hold active registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Accreditation with BOSH is required.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is essential for this position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is expected.
  • Ability to handle confidential information is mandatory.
  • Service-oriented attitude is desirable.
