About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Travel Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests
- Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner
Requirements:
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a user-facing or back-of-house airline industry or travel agency role
- In-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
- Excellent communication skills
- SHS (K12) or HS grad (old curriculum), undergraduate, college graduates welcome to apply
