Job Description

As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing learner performance data to identify trends and patterns in training and operational performance.

You will work closely with learning leaders to implement data-driven solutions to enhance the learning program. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations.

Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing performance and learner data, performing root-cause analyses, translating analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations, and partnering with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
