Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage issues related to lobby management standards under the brand category.
  2. Update branch upkeep guidelines.
  3. Provide updates to the lobby quality team under the Branch Banking Group (BBG).
  4. Resolve audit concerns related to the brand that may or may not be raised in the Lobby Service Desk (LSD) tool.
  5. Support the development and implementation of Trade Marketing projects.
  6. Provide event support for Trade Marketing and business units, including booth design, ingress, and egress.
  7. Manage brand site requests for merchandise.
  8. Oversee the inventory of all merchandise and other items under Trade Marketing that can be found in all stockrooms.
  9. Identify opportunities to maximize the use of the Viva Engage community (LMS) to promote advisories, activities, and important documents.
  10. Research innovative approaches to promoting the company through Trade Marketing projects (e.g., Product marketing in-branch).

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia.
  2. 0-3 years experience in Advertising, Marketing/Business Development/PR Events, Banking, Research and Development.
  3. Experience in retail merchandising and project management.
  4. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
