About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Pathlock. As a key player in designing secure, scalable solutions, you will work closely with sales, product development, and client services teams to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires a deep understanding of access governance, compliance, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into effective solutions.

  • Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that address client needs around access orchestration, application security, and compliance management.

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to clients, sharing expertise on best practices for implementing Pathlock solutions.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring that clients understand the value and capabilities of Pathlock's offerings.

  • Implementation Oversight: Work closely with implementation teams to ensure that solutions are deployed effectively and meet specified requirements.

  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including solution blueprints, integration guides, and security models.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in security, compliance, and access management technologies to enhance Pathlock's offerings.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in solution design and deployment, developing strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, TOGAF) are a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect role, preferably within the security, compliance, or SaaS industry.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying solutions in complex, enterprise environments.

  • Strong understanding of access governance, security frameworks, and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and integrating SaaS solutions with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday).

  • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions, ERP systems, and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.

  • Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Java, PowerShell) is an asset.

  • Knowledge of integration technologies, including REST, DB, LDAP.

  • Knowledge of integration to off-the-shelf Enterprise products e.g., Workday, SFDC, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP, etc.

  • Strong understanding of network security, encryption, and secure software development practices.

  • Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and data security best practices.

  • Extensive experience in consulting and implementation of Application and Identity Governance solutions.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of leading project delivery, including scoping and planning projects.
