**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an ERP Developer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our ERP system, which supports over 300 active users across various business processes. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, refactor, and enhance existing customizations and workflow automations.
  • Build new functionality using SuiteScript 2.x.
  • Administer the platform, including roles, forms, permissions, saved searches, and dashboards.
  • Review legacy configurations and develop clear technical and functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process issues and implement effective system solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data integrations with other platforms.
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-release maintenance of system changes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • More than 2 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite administration and configuration.
  • Proficient in SuiteScript 2.0/2.1 development with proven results.
  • Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Solid understanding of service or consulting business processes from a systems perspective.
  • Ability to create or retrofit comprehensive documentation.
  • Experience with data integrations between NetSuite and third-party platforms.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working remotely or cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), Git, or CI/CD tools.
  • Ability to mentor, communicate clearly, and support system knowledge sharing across the team.
