About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Head to lead and manage the human resources function for our growing healthcare division. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR plans to support the growth and success of our clinics and healthcare services
  • Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Manage the HR team, providing coaching, development, and leadership to drive high performance
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and projects
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of leading and managing HR teams
  • Expertise in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree or CHRP certification is preferred
