About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Head to lead and manage the human resources function for our growing healthcare division. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all HR-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR plans to support the growth and success of our clinics and healthcare services
- Establish and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency
- Manage the HR team, providing coaching, development, and leadership to drive high performance
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and projects
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of leading and managing HR teams
- Expertise in all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and learning and development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, particularly in the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or CHRP certification is preferred
