The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or engineering, with a strong background in customer and technical support. Experience in the retail industry, point of sale support, and software implementations is a plus. Proficiency in English is a must, while knowledge of Mandarin is an added asset.
