Job Overview

We are seeking two middleweight graphic designers to join our growing creative teams across two leading agencies in our group. This role is ideal for designers with a sharp eye for performance-driven ad creative and a passion for combining visual impact with commercial results.

You will work closely with our art director, internal design and strategy teams, and directly with clients to create high-converting paid social assets and support broader brand and marketing initiatives.

This is an opportunity to craft standout creative that doesn't just look good – it performs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands.
  • Collaborate with the art director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs.
  • Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output.
  • Maintain and evolve the agency's visual identity in line with strategic goals.
  • Presentation of design work based on feedback and analytics.
