\We are seeking a technically strong and execution-driven engineering leader to join our team. This individual will thrive in fast-paced environments, passionate about building systems that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
\The successful candidate will lead engineering teams not just through plans and processes, but by setting a high technical bar, clearing roadblocks, and enabling engineers to do their best work.
\This role requires a clear communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of experience in engineering management, with a strong technical background in modern web development.
\About the Role

- Technical Execution & Delivery: Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical prioritization to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Drive a consistent and high-quality development process across multiple engineering squads.\
- Team Management: Manage and support a team of software engineers, creating an environment where they can do their best work. Set clear goals and performance expectations, and provide timely feedback and coaching.\
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to ensure a clear understanding of customer needs and technical implications.\
- Process and Quality Improvements: Implement and refine lightweight processes that enhance engineering velocity, quality, and reliability.\
- Bonus: Experience working in B2B SaaS, especially in HR tech or compliance-sensitive environments is a plus.\
- What You Bring: A strong technical background in modern web development (e.g., Python, Node.js, Golang, React). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, observability, IaC).\
- Requirements: At least 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a clear communicator and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\
