Job Summary

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring successful mission execution. Our team combines deep technology and finance expertise to develop autonomous asset-securing processes, world-class risk models, and seamless product experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To provide timely and effective customer support via Zendesk or other tools
  • To identify and resolve fraud and risk issues, including account opening/identity theft, account takeover, check kiting, and money laundering
  • To document investigative steps, conclusions, and remediation, as well as customer compliments and complaints
  • To design and modify fraud prevention policies and procedures
  • To audit, coach, and train junior staff members
  • To collaborate with other departments on related tasks
  • To review customer account applications through various fraud software platforms to ensure standards are met
  • To track customer experiences across online and offline channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with a top financial institution
  • In-depth knowledge of US banking regulations regarding fraud
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge strongly preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing roles in depository accounts
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis
  • Proficiency in written communication
  • Fluency in English with good diction
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Experience using customer communication tools (Zendesk), task management tools, Google Drive, and email
  • Detail-oriented accuracy is essential in financial services
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience in financial services
