Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: Remote from Asia (normal day time hours)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.

  • This role will involve the setup, implementation, and support of technological solutions to ensure the smooth operation of our systems.
  • You will be responsible for setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines for production deployments.
  • Developing and improving monitoring and alerting systems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Creating and maintaining Infrastructure as Code configurations to set up our cloud environments on AWS and Cloudflare.
  • Implementing methodologies and procedures to ensure our systems are resilient and can automatically recover from failure with minimal intervention.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, ideally with 1+ Associate level certification in AWS.
  • Experience in infrastructure, database, and network administration for highly available and scalable applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux System Administration & Bash scripting.
  • Proven experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Serverless technologies.
  • Familiarity with web services, APIs, and RESTful architecture.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks.
  • Experience managing Cloud Infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Grafana.
  • Development background – experience with Python, NodeJS, Nginx Configuration.
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills.
