Job Title: Executive Chef - Korean Pizza & Pasta Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee our kitchen operations and lead our culinary team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menus that showcase our brand's unique flavors and cuisine.
• Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining or hotel setting.
• Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory management, and staff leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
