Job Description

Rippedboxstation is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building and nurturing relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Oversee social media accounts, ensuring consistent posting, brand presence, and optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, generating reports and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns, reaching target audiences effectively and aligning with overall marketing goals.
  • Implement strategies to increase brand visibility, followers, and engagement across social platforms, including collaborations, influencer partnerships, and cross-promotions.
  • Manage SEO strategies related to social media and execute paid advertising campaigns, driving traffic and conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools.
  • Strong English communication and writing skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented.
