We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Accountant to join our team at Ecolab Philippines Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the more complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance, as well as 5-7 years of relevant experience. Certification as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred. Knowledge of Accpac/System7/SAP is also beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intercompany transactions management
  • Timely and accurate preparation and submission of government requirements such as tax payments and business permits
  • Weekly cash position and CAPEX monitoring and reporting
  • General Accounts Payable Process validation and authorization
  • CAPEX movements monitoring and documentation
  • Accurate and timely payment of government taxes, royalties, dividends, and management fees
  • Monthly expense accruals monitoring and reconciliation
  • Accounting records maintenance and document safekeeping
  • Bank reconciliations and disbursement resolution
  • Processing of bank guarantee requirements
  • Assisting in processing secretary certificate requirements
  • Preparation of deeds of sale for sold motor vehicles
