Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices, collect receipts, acknowledgment receipts, and other tax-related documents.
  • Create sales transactions and cash receipt entries in the accounting system.
  • Monitor daily sales transactions and receivables.
  • Perform monthly follow-ups with customers regarding unpaid invoices.
  • Update aging of accounts receivable.
  • Conduct monthly inventory count, and reconcile with the inventory per books.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including quarterly VAT Returns, submission of SLSPI, and submission of Annual Inventory List.
  • Collect, organize, and safekeep hard copies of invoices, collection receipts, and tax forms.
  • Prepare interim and annual Related Party Transaction reports.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • BS Accountancy or equivalent degree.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in accounting.
