About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Team Lead to oversee our commercial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding your team members to achieve their full potential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating and monitoring team performance
  2. Identifying key issues and patterns from data
  3. Gathering information to solve problems escalated by team members

In addition, you will be tasked with mentoring team members through daily support and monitoring when required. You will also analyze call recordings to validate adherence to guidelines and SOPs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in client management is essential, as is the ability to work with sales teams and other stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an added advantage.
