As a dedicated eco-tourism professional, you will play a vital role in promoting the natural environment and cultural heritage of Lamesa Ecopark, a nature reserve and recreational facility located in Greater Lagro, Quezon City. In this dynamic position as a Park Services Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing bookings and reservations for our eco-friendly facilities and amenities.

You will also be responsible for orienting tourists and visitors, monitoring and maintaining facilities and amenities to ensure they are clean, safe, and environmentally friendly. Additionally, you will collaborate with other staff members for day-to-day operations and participate in events and activities that promote eco-tourism, such as guided tours and workshops.

Key Requirements
  • A completed Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • At least 6 months of relevant work experience related to customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • A passion for promoting eco-tourism, environmental conservation, and cultural heritage.
