Job Title: Technical Illustrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to support architectural and engineering projects.

  • Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for various disciplines using industry-standard software.
  • Interpret sketches, specifications, and design intent to produce accurate technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Update and maintain drawing sets and model files throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in clash detection, quantity take-offs, and visualization tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to company drafting standards and protocols.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical input as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting or modeling in a professional setting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other software.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation, layout planning, and elevation detailing.
  • Understanding of building codes, construction methods, and materials.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
