Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Web Content Specialist to join our global team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create impactful web experiences and grow your career in digital content operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate wireframes and briefs into fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives
  • Manage localization workflows: clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages
  • Perform end-to-end QA: design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch
  • Implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and reusable page skeletons to accelerate future launches
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and localization partners for precise and timely hand-offs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • 2+ years of experience creating web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools (Monday preferred)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
