Drive Revenue Growth with Our Remote Business Development Team

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our fully remote team as a Business Development and Sales Strategist. This role involves driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients throughout the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Business Development:
  • Create and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.
  • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel using data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Pursue cold calls, warm calls, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing your expertise and building strong relationships.
  • Network and generate leads at industry events and conferences, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and integrity.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, driving continuous growth and success.
  • Develop and implement sales processes and best practices, continuously refining our approach to drive results.
  • Create and maintain sales documentation, including presentations, proposals, and contracts that showcase our value proposition.
  • Customer Onboarding and Success:
  • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities along the way.
  • Regularly check-in with customers to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and/or sales operations, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and ability to learn new internal software and systems quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas effectively.
