Content Strategist Role

This is a senior-level content strategist position that will play a key role in driving impactful publishing, marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. They will possess a deep understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape and be well-versed in leveraging various content formats to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email newsletters, and website content.
  • Collaborate closely with writers, editors, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all content.
  • Manage and edit a wide range of content, including books, blog posts, magazines, website content, and marketing copy.
  • Translate complex content into reader-friendly formats across various media.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in content creation, SEO, and digital publishing standards.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (Doctorate highly desirable).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Content Strategist, with additional hands-on experience in content editing, copy editing, and technical editing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent command of written English, with meticulous attention to grammar, flow, and consistency.
  • Strong grasp of SEO content practices and digital publishing standards.
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Exceptional time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and impactful communication.
