Principal Mechanic

Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of our facilities. The successful candidate will plan, implement, and supervise repairs, maintenance, and replacements of mechanical equipment and related systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engineering Activities: Direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, including electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and project management.
• Tenant Support: Supporting utility requirements and promoting regulations and policies.

Educational Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• A Professional License holder in the field is required.

Desirable Skills:

• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in managing operational equipment.
• Ability to work on-site at designated locations.

• Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
