Job Summary: The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all landscaping and groundskeeping requirements of our estate, ensuring that our properties and common areas are well-maintained and meet high standards.
Main Responsibilities:
To manage and supervise vendors and contractors performing housekeeping and groundskeeping tasks, ensuring service levels are met and scope of works are diligently performed at all times.
To manage housekeeping and groundskeeping personnel, ensuring staffing schedules are adhered to and complied with.
To assist group heads in implementing their strategies from a cleanliness and orderliness standpoint.
To carry out other duties relative to housekeeping and groundskeeping as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Administrative Duties: Provide and manage all essential administrative services as required by his/her job responsibility.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering or equivalent. At least five years of experience in the same field is required.
