Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual French English Lead Gen and Admin Assistant

This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential leads, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls with customers and potential clients
  • Assist in lead generation and consultation booking
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels
  • Utilize key tools such as Active Campaign CRM, Spray-Net Work proprietary, Front comms hub, and MyContact Center phone system to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with team members to follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to upsell by recommending relevant services that meet customer needs
  • Perform accurate data entry to ensure customer records are always up-to-date in our system
  • Leave detailed notes in client files for every interaction
  • Apply strong phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience and build long-term loyalty
  • Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions or services to enhance their experience
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and French language skills
  • Strong English communication skills including the ability to understand a variety of accents
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Active Campaign preferred
  • General computer proficiency required
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms and communication tools, Front and MyContact Center
  • Self-motivated, outgoing, resourceful, and coachable individual
  • Strong time-management skills and organizational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently with a fast and reliable internet connection, minimum 70 Mbps, 200 Mbps above preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles preferred
  • CRM experience and sales experience nice to have but not required
